New Florida quarterback commit Jaden Rashada's choice to reject Miami is a gold mine for Billy Napier's 2023 Gators' class and a catastrophe for Mario Cristobal's endeavors with the striving Typhoons.

Rashada, who hails from Pittsburg, California, is among the country's top quarterback possibilities, positioned No. 7 by 247Sports composite. His late-night declaration on his Twitter account supported the Gators a spot to No. 8 in the class rankings and past Miami.

" Rashada posted on Twitter. "I have longed for playing SEC football since I was a young child. I have huge regard for Miami and what they will achieve there yet I have watched this season and Mentor Napier and his group are building something exceptionally unique in the Marsh and I need to be essential for it."

Richardson represented 279 yards and 4 scores, including a 60-yard run. The 20-year-old has not committed a turnover in that frame of mind as he moves toward only his eleventh school start.

Napier lauded his quarterback's development. "It's about improvement, it's tied in with becoming familiar with a job, being a pioneer, being vocal, working on as a communicator, playing as a contender and playing for your colleagues," Napier said.

Favored with impressive actual devices, Richardson said Napier believes him should work on in the game's psychological perspectives.

"I'm getting back with my authority," he said last end of the week. "Along these lines, that is somewhat something I need to continue to enhance. Also, that is basically the very thing he finished up on."
